It is with much sadness that we announce the passing of Yvonne Greta (Ibbitson) Wright of Woodstock NB on Thursday October 30, 2025, at the Hotel Dieu Hospital in Perth at the age of 84.

Yvonne was born in Woodstock NB on December 27, 1940, to the late David and Hilda (Pickard) Ibbitson.

Besides her parents, Yvonne was predeceased by her husband Lewis Wright in 2022, her sisters, Norma Ibbitson, Kathryn Vantassel, Lena Lawrence, brothers, Marshall, Robert, and Keith Ibbitson.

She is survived by her sons Dean Wright and John Wright, grandchildren Katie, Amanda, Jennifer, Christie, Jordan and Issac, Several great grandchildren, sisters, Mary Lou Birkland, Faye Paul, brothers, George Ibbitson and Glenn Ibbitson, several Nieces, Nephews and Cousins.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday November 5, 2025, from Carleton Funeral Home, 337 Lockhart Mill Road, Jacksonville NB from 5-8 PM.

Funeral Service will be held on Thursday November 6, 2025, at 2PM from the Carleton Funeral Home Chapel.

Interment will be held at the Woodstock Rural Cemetery.
