Valerie Annie Delong, 80, Charleston, NB, passed away on March 17, 2007 at the Northern Carleton Hospital, Bath, NB. Valerie was born in Scotland on March 18, 1926, daughter on the late John and Martha (Bell) Little. Valerie is survived by a daughter Jean Schriver (Greg), Charleston, NB, and a son, Allison Delong, Charleston, NB. Besides her parents Valerie was predeceased by her husband Elmer Delong, two brothers; John Little and Roger Little. Visitation will be held on Sunday, March 18, 2007 at The Carleton Funeral Home 337 Lockhart Mill Road Jacksonville from 2 to 4. A grave side committal service will be held in the Charleston Cemetery at a later date. At the family's request donations can be made to the Kidney Foundation.
