It is with broken hearts that we announce the sudden death of Todd Abel Grant, due to a heart attack on Friday evening, September 29, 2023.

Todd was born on April 19, 1973, to Ronnie and Faye (Blackie) Grant of Oak Mountain. After graduation from Woodstock High School, Todd worked in British Columbia for a couple of years and then returned to NB to purchase and operate the Speerville Flour Mill. His passion for good food grown locally, shone through in almost everything he did.

He designed and built his dream home in Oak Mountain. Todd enjoyed having family and friends drop by, and he was loved by everyone that knew him.  Todd was an animal lover and Sadie his dog, he loved the most. Todd was very community minded and helped with many projects over the years.

He loved the trips with Sadie in his side by side traveling to his peaceful retreat in Benton.

Todd was predeceased by his father, Ronnie Grant, grandparents Sylvia and Earle Blackie and Clifford and Gladys Grant and his brother Troy Grant.

Todd is survived by his mother Faye Grant, sister Sheila and Barry Bartlett, brother Tony and Stephanie Grant, sister-in-law, Suzanne Grant. Nieces and Nephews: Philip (Nicole, Celina, Blair (Deidra), Abby (Billy Brawn), Kallista, Kade, Klair. Great nephew Eli Brawn. Chosen Stepsons, Brandon, and Damian Rideout. Several Aunts and Uncles, Cousins, and many friends.

A celebration of Life for Todd will be held at 224 Oak Mountain Road on Sunday, October 8th, 2023, at 1:00 pm with light refreshments to be served following the service.

In lieu of flowers, the family has requested donations be made to the Oak Mountain Cemetery in memory of Todd.
