It is with heavy hearts we announce the passing of Timothy Brian Lawrence, 64 years of age. He died after a 10-month battle with cancer at the Royal Alexandra Hospital in Edmonton Alberta on June 22, 2024.

Tim was born in Woodstock, NB, on June 9, 1960 to Rita & Wilmot Lawrence of Waterville.

Tim is survived by his wife of almost 40 years, Jill McKinney, son Lucas and daughter Leah, his mother Rita, brothers Jim (Suzanne), Sterling (Donna), sister Marsha (Gerry Cox), as well as many nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.

He is predeceased in death by his father Wilmot and his brother David.

Tim was a man of remarkable strength and character. He loved his family dearly.

Tim made his living buying and selling tractors on the McKinney farm in South Edmonton. He became well known as the "go to" guy for tractors in western Canada. For Tim, it wasn't a job. He loved tractors: fixing tractors, talking tractors, and making money off tractors. He enjoyed this right to the end.

Tim and the family are very grateful to the staff of the Royal Alexandra Hospital, the University of Alberta Hospital and the Cross Cancer Institute for his excellent care and treatment.

A celebration of life will be held at the Lakeville Community Centre-2141 Rt 560
