Obituary

It is with much sadness that we announce the death of Stephen Harold Scott of Jacksonville on Saturday July 12, 2025, at the Upper River Valley Hospital at the age of 72.

Stephen was born on August 11, 1952, in Bath, to the late Harold and Alberta (Price) Scott of Glassville NB.

Stephen and his friend Don would make daily trips to MacDonald's and Terry and Stephen would also visit Tims on a regular basis and would interrupt Stephen's appetite for supper. He was the mini home park socializer and loved helping around the neighborhood.

Stephen is survived by his wife Diane Scott, Daughter, Sally Oakes (Stephen Armour) son, Bradley Scott ( Michelle Love), Stepson Chuck Harding, grandchildren, Hunter Oakes (Katelyn), Isaiah Oakes (Callie), Rankin Oakes (Mariah), Wyman Scott, Newman Scott, Kaylee Martin, Jenaya Harding, Great Grandchildren, Maverick Oakes and Della Oakes, Brother Garth Scott( Cecilia) as well as several Nieces and Nephews.

Visitation will be held on Monday July 14, 2025, at Carleton Funeral Home, 337 Lockhart Mill Road, Jacksonville, from 6:00 to 8:00PM

Funeral Service will be held on Tuesday July 15 at 2PM from the Carleton Funeral Home Chapel, Interment will be held at a later date in Glassville Cemetery.
