Sonja Louise Hillman, 80, of Woodstock NB passed away on Monday, October 14, 2019 at the Upper River Valley Hospital Waterville NB. Sonja was born in Bristol NB on December 29, 1938 daughter of the late Russell and Vera Kenney.

Sonja is survived by her husband, Glendon Hillman, son, Karl Boyd (Michele), daughter, Candy Lavigne (David), grandchildren, Hope Grace, brother, Glazier Kenney (Diane), nephews, Scott, Danny, Ricky, nieces, Paulette, Janice, and several cousins.

Besides her parents, Sonja was predeceased her sisters, Joyce, Ruth and a brother, Bob.

Visitation will be held at The Carleton Funeral Home & Crematorium 337 Lockhart Mill Road Jacksonville on Thursday, October 17, 2019 from 12 noon to 2 PM. Funeral service will be held on Thursday at 2 PM from The Carleton Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Murray Whitehouse officiating. Interment will be held in the Woodstock Rural Cemetery.

As expressions of sympathy, donations may be made to the Carleton County Animal Shelter, Heart & Stroke Foundation or to the Lung Association.
