The passing of Shirley Jennifer (Hood) McCallum of Woodstock, NB occurred on Saturday Morning at the Upper River Valley Hospital, Waterville, NB. Shirley was born November 16, 1929 to the late Harold and Helena (Smith) Hood. She is survived by her husband Wayne, their children, Gary (Marlene) Nackawic NB, Wanda Phillips,Woodstock NB, Michael (Margaret) Woodstock, NB grandchildren, Marla (Ross )Calder, Derek (Melissa), Kim Phillips, Scott(Chelsey) Phillips, Janet, Gregory (Laura), ten great-grandchildren; her sister, Carole(Hayward)Dow of Leduc Alberta and a brother Harold Ross (the late Joan) Hood, Woodstock, NB.

There will be no visitation by request. A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, July 31st,  at 11 am at St. James United Church in Woodstock. Interment will be in the Kirk Cemetery, Northampton NB. As expressions of sympathy, donations may be made to St. James United Church, the Kirk Cemetery or by donor's choice.
