Samuel Rankin, 81, of Bannon NB passed away on Thursday, July 11, 2019 at the Upper River Valley Hospital Waterville NB. Samuel was born in Ireland on February 21, 1938 son of the late Robert Henery and Martha Rankin.

Samuel is survived by his wife, Christine, daughters, Elizabeth Rankin–Horvath (Harold Horvath), Erin Rankin, sons, Kevin Watson (Erica), Brian Watson (Lori Anne), Keith Watson, granddaughters, Brittany, Jessica, Hayden, Harlee and Holland, Grace, grandsons,  Damien, Marcus Watson, Jack, Miranda, R.J. great grandchildren, Jaxson Alexander, Jonathan Alexander, Danielle Alexander, Aroura, Marcus, brothers, Tom, Bobby, nieces, nephews and cousins.

Samuel was predeceased by his parents.

Visitation will be held at The Carleton Funeral Home & Crematorium 337 Lockhart Mill Road Jacksonville on Sunday, July 14, 2019 from 4-8. Funeral service will be held on Monday, July 15, 2019 from the Carleton Funeral Home Chapel at 2 PM. Interment will be held in the Woodstock Rural Cemetery.
