Ruth Amelia Crossen's Obituary
Ruth Amelia Crossen, 92, of Nortondale, NB passed away on Friday, July 06, 2012 at her residence. Ruth was born in Temperance Vale, NB on December 11, 1919 daughter; of the late Frederic and Myrtle (Lawson) Pickard.
Ruth is survived by her son; Dean Crossen (Pauline), Nortondale, NB, grandchildren; Brittany Holmes, Kyle McLeod, Kelsea McLeod, Blake Stevenson, sister; Doris Blaney, several nieces, nephews and cousins.
Besides her parents, Ruth was predeceased by her husband, Ralph, brothers; Phillip Pickard, Ralph Pickard, Beverly Pickard, sisters; Annie Nicholson, Agnes Pike, Freda Cole, Beatrice Hallett and Hazel Elliott.
Visitation will be held at The Carleton Funeral Home 337 Lockhart Mill Road Jacksonville on Sunday, July 8 from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9. Funeral service will be held on Monday, July 9 from The Carleton Funeral Home Chapel at 10 AM. Interment will be held in the Nortondale Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to The Diabetic Association.
