Rose Marie Grant

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of our beloved Rose Marie Grant, a devoted wife, mother, sister, grandmother, and great-grandmother. Rose will be deeply missed by her husband of 44 years, Harry Grant, and her daughters, Michelle Schulze and Misty Saunders (Scott). She is also survived by her sister Shirley Turner (Murray) and sisters in law, Laurie Chase and Carol Chase and brothers in law, Curtis Chapman and Brian Varney, as well as many nieces, nephews and cousins and her precious fur baby, Dolly. Her greatest joy was her family. She was a proud grandmother to Justin Schulze (Katie), Abigail Schulze (Caleb), Grant Saunders and Brett Saunders, and a very special great-grandmother to Waylon Schulze, with another precious great-grandchild on the way. She was predeceased by her parents, Delbert and Eileen Chase, her brothers, Bernard, Ellis, Harold(Sandra) and Daniel Chase. As well as her father and mother in law, Nathan and Reta Grant, her brothers and sisters in law, Mary Jane, Nathan Jr., Lewis, Darlene, Linda and Ethel. Rose's family was the centre of her world. She cherished the time spent with her children and grandchildren and was happiest surrounded by the people she loved. The love she gave her family, the memories created, and the special place she held in each of their lives will remain forever. She had a love for flowers and baking for her family. She leaves behind a lifetime of love and memories that will be carried on by her family and those who knew her. She will be forever loved, deeply missed, and never forgotten.

A graveside service will be held at Calvary Cemetery on Wednesday October 7 at 2PM.
