It is with much sadness that we announce the death of Rhonda Jean DeMerchant of Fredericton, on May 27, 2024, at Hospice Fredericton.

Rhonda was born in Woodstock NB on March 9, 1964, to the late Ronald and Viloa (Wheeler) DeMerchant.

Rhonda is survived by her three daughters, Cheryl Bois (Vincent), Samantha Bois and Tabatha Bois.

Her sisters, Susan Larlee (John), Mary Cougle (Glen), Donna Taylor (Neil), Sheila Bissonette (Denis), brothers, Brian DeMerchant (Liz), Albert DeMerchant (Sherry) and David DeMerchant (Nancy). Rhonda is also survived by many cousins, nieces, and nephews.

Besides her parents, Rhonda was also predeceased by a sister Anne DeMerchant and her nephews Ryan Taylor and Joshua Taylor.

Visitation will be held on Thursday May 30, 2024, at the Carleton Funeral Home, 337 Lockhart Mill Road, Jacksonville NB from 1 until 2PM, Service will be following directly at 2PM, Interment will be in the Woodstock Rural Cemetery.
