It is with much sadness and broken hearts that we announce the death of Ralph Edwin Shaw of Somerville, on Saturday October 1, 2022, at the age of 73.

Born in Hartland on March 19, 1949, to the late Ronald and Muriel (Boyer) Shaw.

Ralph is survived by his beloved partner, Linda Montgomery, his son Troy (Tracey) Shaw, daughter Lorelee (David) Edgar, Grandchildren Preston, Gavin Shaw, Caleb, Kelsey, Carter, Keanna Edgar, Sisters Marilyn (Alex) White, Maida (Chris) Pryor, Brothers Raymond (Darlene) Shaw, Robert Shaw, and Ross (Jennifer) Shaw, as well as several cherished Nieces, Nephews, and Cousins.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday October 4, 2022, at Carleton Funeral Home, 337 Lockhart Mill Road, Jacksonville from 4 to 7PM.

Funeral service will be held from the Carleton Funeral Home Chapel, on Wednesday October 5, 2022, at 2PM,

Interment to follow at the Coldstream Hillside Cemetery, McBurney Road. Reception to follow at the W.I. Hall in Coldstream.

In Lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Heart and Stroke foundation or to River Valley Cancer Support Group in Ralph's memory.
