On Thursday January 4, 2007 at the Dr. Everett Chalmers Hospital in Fredericton, N.B. Ralph Lewis Gartley of Upper Woodstock, N.B. Born June 5, 1926 to the late Harold & Jean (Culberson) Gartley. He is survived by his wife Ruth (MacDonald) Gartley, Upper Woodstock, daughter Betty Grant (Roy) Jacksontown, Sons, William (Paula) Jacksonville& Herbert (Fort McMurray) AB, 9 Grandchildren, 14 Great Grandchildren. Sisters Doris Dickinson (Clarence) Hartland, N.B., Shirley Sharpe, Woodstock, Brother Weldon (Joyce) Lindsay, sisters- in …law Alma & Louise, several cousins, nieces & nephews. Besides his parents Ralph was predeceased by brothers Glen, Ivan & Bob & a brother-in-law Ralph Sharpe. Resting at the Carleton Funeral Home in Jacksonville where friends may call on Friday 7-9 & Saturday 2-4, 7-9 pm. Funeral Service will be held Sunday at 2:00 pm from the Carleton Funeral Home Chapel with pastors Matthew Little & Paul Wellwood officiating. Interment will be held in the Upper Waterville Cemetery.
