It is with much sadness that we announce the passing of Phyllis Marie Metcalfe of Woodstock New Brunswick on July 17, 2025, at the Fredericton Hospice House at the age of 84.

Phyllis was born March 28, 1941, in Wicklow NB to the late Murray and Dolly(Sparks) Kinney. Phyllis is predeceased by loving husband Dwaine and brother Vernon.

Phyllis is Survived by her three children Murray (Angela), David (Tatsuya) and Vicki, 4 Grandchildren, Chelsea(Brandon), Tristan (Carli), Jessica, Michael (Marissa), 6 Great Grandchildren Emily, Ava, Bella, Brooks, James and Ellie. Also special son-in-law Jim.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday July 22, 2025, from Carleton Funeral Home, 337 Lockhart Mill Road, Jacksonville, NB from 12-2 PM.

Funeral service will be held at 2PM from the Carleton Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will be held at the Wicklow Cemetery following the service.

If so, desired donations can be made to the Fredericton Hospice House in lieu of flowers.
