It is with much sadness that we announce the death of Paul Joseph Richard, 74 of Woodstock, who passed away on Monday November 8, 2021 at the Upper River Valley Hospital.

Paul was born on May 20, 1947 to the late Gerald and Alexina Richard in Newcastle NB.

Paul was a well-known barber in the town of Woodstock for many years and also enjoyed a round of golf at the Woodstock golf course.

Paul is survived by his wife Joyce Elizabeth Richard, step children Jeffery (Cara), Tim (Sherri) and Jamie Hazlett, Grandchildren Lucas and Brady, Sister Jeanne Domet, Brothers David (Janis) and Kevin (Sandra), sister in law Linda, plus several Nieces, Nephews and Cousins.

Besides his parents, Paul was predeceased by Sister Kathrine Elizabeth, Brothers John and Raymond.

A graveside service will be held on Friday November 12 ^th at 11am from the Calvary Cemetery Houlton Street in Woodstock.  Everyone is asked to please wear a mask at the cemetery.

In Lieu of flowers, a donation in Paul's memory can be made to the Debec Animal Shelter or to DuRomin Rescue.

Arrangements have been entrusted to the care of Carleton Funeral Home in Jacksonville NB.
