It is with much sadness and broken hearts that we announce the sudden death of Ola Mabel Wright (Gullison) of Woodstock on Wednesday May 18, 2022 at the Upper River Valley Hospital at the age of 73. Ola was born on October 11, 1948 to Stephen Gullison and Mavis Merrill in Greenhill NB. Ola was well known as a nurse at the Woodstock Hospital and will be certainly missed by her group of Ole Girls socials. She was also a truly faithful Christian and she loved her church and God. Ola is survived by her husband Richard Wright, her Daughter Lisa Smith (Jeremy) and Son Stephen Wright(Janet), Grandchildren, Clay Wright, Oliver and Andie Smith, Sisters Beverly Gullison (Orie) and Judy MacKinnon, Brother Dwayne Gullison, several Nieces, Nephews and Cousins as well as many Friends. Ola was predeceased by her Father Stephen Gullison and her Step Father Thurston Gallagher and most recently her Mother Mavis Gallagher. Visitation will be held on Monday May 23, 2022 from 3 to 7PM at the Carleton Funeral Home, 337 Lockhart Mill Road, Jacksonville NB. Funeral Service will be held on Tuesday May 24, 2022 at 1PM from the Carleton Funeral Home Chapel, Interment will follow at the Bedell Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Bedell Cemetery Fund.
