It is with much sadness that we announce the death of Norris Lloyd Lyons, age 63 of Benton, who passed away on May 4, 2022 at his residence. Norris was born on July 30, 1958 to the late Clarence and Alfreda (Legere) Lyons in Doaktown NB. In Memory of a life so beautifully lived and a heart so deeply loved, Our Brother, Our Father, Norris Lloyd Lyons, fondly known as Chucky, a free willed soul who lived life on his own terms and lived his life to the fullest. He was born in the Great Miramichi, a natural country boy who had a great passion for motor bikes and was very mechanically inclined. He passed this one to his three boys, a memory that will be cherished for ever. Norris is survived by his three sons, Clarence, Frankie and Noah, Siblings Marlena (Richard) Goodine, Carlyn (Andre) Moreau, Joanna Woods, Mildred Lyons, Sister in law Josselyn Lyons, Clarence (Martianna) Lyons, Sherman Lyons, Irvin Lyons and Jerry (Sylvia) Lyons also several Nieces, Nephews and Cousins. Besides his parents, Norris was predeceased by his wife Darlene (MacDougall) Lyons, Brothers Larry Lyons, Frankie Lyons and Sister in Law Mavis Sacobie- Lyons. A graveside service will be held on Tuesday May 10, 2022 at 2 PM at the Lighthouse Benton Cemetery in Benton NB. If so desired, the family has requested donations in Norris's memory be made to the cemetery.
