Michael Alexander Reed, 55, of Main Street, Woodstock, NB, passed away on Friday, September 30, 2011 at his residence. Michael was born in New Market, ON, on June 3, 1956; son of Valerie (Thick) Reed and the late John Reed.

Besides his mother, Valerie; Michael is survived by his wife; Carla (Brandie) Reed, children; Benjimen, Daniel, Ian, Karen, Krista A, David, Shelly, grandchildren; Michael, Isaiah, Makayla, Lisa, Arnold, Taylor, brothers, Andrew, Stewart, Christopher, several nieces, nephews and cousins.

Michael was predeceased by his father; John Reed and a daughter; Krista Maria Reed.

By request there will no visitation at the funeral home. Funeral service will be held on Monday, October 3 from the St. Barnabas Anglican Church; Greenfield, NB at 2 PM with Rev. Amanda Longmoore officiating. Interment will held at a later date.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the NB Lung Association or to a memorial of the donor's choice.
