Obituary

It is with broken hearts that the family announces the passing of Mary Maxine (miller) Kilcollins on December 16, 2021 at the Upper River Valley Hospital.

Mary was born in Perth on April 3, 1942 to the late John and Edna (Jinson) Miller. Mary is survived by her children Lillian (Roy) Fournier, Bonita (Troy) Holmes, Kathleen (Michael) Wyers, Willie (Paula) Sawyer, Terry Sawyer and Betty Ann (Scott) Sawyer. A brother Kenneth Miller of London, Ontario and a sister Betty (Warren) Browne of Perth-Andover, 17 Grandchildren and 22 Great Grandchildren and four special cousins, Linda and Lillian Miller, Nancy Miller Pennington and Pam Gallagher.

Mary was predeceased by her husband Mark Sawyer and Donald Kilcollins, her parents John and Edna Miller, her grandson Jesse Sawyer, a baby sister Edith and brothers Robert Miller and James Miller.

Mary Loved a good game of BINGO and was often seen knitting mittens and socks for everyone or watching TV with a bottle of Pepsi.

Mary had many health issues over the years and suffered a lot of pain but she was a fighter and never gave up no matter what was thrown at her. Unfortunately, we could not be with her as she passed because of COVID. We would like to thank the special ICU nurses that were with her and treated her like family, God Bless You.

There will not be any visitation at this time but a celebration of Mary's life will be held at a later date. Details to be announced later. In lieu of flowers, the family would appreciate a donation to the Lupus Foundation, Upper River Valley Hospital ICU, or to a charity of one's choice.
