Mary Rita (Kelly) Corbett, 80, of Johnville, NB, passed away on Wednesday, January 17, 2007 at the Northern Carleton Hospital, Bath, NB. Rita was born in St. John, NB on September 2, 1926, daughter of the late Francis and Mary (McKenna) Kelly. Rita is survived by her husband Maurice Corbett, Johnville, NB, daughters: Cecilia Corbett, Toronto, ON, Lois Corbett, Toronto, ON, Monica Corbett, Kingston, ON, son James Maurice JR, South Korea, sister: Helen Weijs, Toronto, ON, several nieces, nephews and cousins. Besides her parents, Rita was predeceased by a bother: John and a sister: Frances. Visitation will be held on Sunday, January 21, 2007 at The St. John the Evangelist Roman Catholic Church, Johnville, NB, from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9. Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated on Monday, January 22, 2007 from The St. John the Evangelist Roman Catholic Church, Johnville, NB at 11 AM with Fr. David Fulton officiating. Interment will held at the Johnville Cemetery at a later date. At the family's request donations can be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or to the Arthritis Society.
