Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our mother, Louise Davenport, which occurred on Monday, September 14 th , 2020 at the age of 57.

Louise was born on July 11, 1963 to Donald and Annie (Brooks) Kerr in Woodstock, NB. She was the doting mother to two daughters; Kristy and Chelsey, and a son; Evan. She was a cherished grandmother to five grandchildren: Xavier, Zaiden, Ava, Bobby and Lillian.

Louise devoted her life to her family. She cared deeply for her loved ones and worked incredibly hard to make sure everyone was taken care of. She always put the need of others before herself and was happiest when around her children and grandchildren. She was well known for her bright smile, warm personality and infectious laugh.

Louise was preceded in death by her mother Annie (Brooks) Kerr and two grandsons: Xander and Zane Daley. She is survived by her father Donald (Vera) Kerr, sister Rena (Dwayne) Pike and her brothers Arthur (Bonnie) Kerr and Wade (Carolann) Kerr. She is also survived by her partner Derek Wortman, her three children: Kristy (Conrad) McLaughlin, Chelsey (Kyle) McKee and Evan (Elizabeth) Davenport, her grandchildren Xavier and Zaiden Daley, Ava, Bobby and Lillian McKee, as well as several nieces, nephews and cousins.

A graveside service will be held on Friday, September 18 th , 2020 at the Lenentine Cemetery in South Hampton, NB at 2:00pm. A celebration of life will be held following the service at Louise's home at 151 Helen Street, Woodstock, NB. Flowers can be sent to the cemetery or to 151 Helen Street, Woodstock, NB.

Donations can be made to The Canadian Cancer Society and to the Extra Mural Program.
