Leonard “Lenny” Lundbohm

It is with much sadness that we announce that Leonard “Lenny” Gerald Lundbohm, 63, of Jacksonville, NB passed away suddenly on 27 July 2026, at the Upper River Valley Hospital after suffering a heart attack.

Leonard was born on 1 July 1963 in Scarborough, Ontario the middle child of Gerald Emil Lundbohm (Kelli) and the late Joan Carol Rowland.

He is survived by his father, brother James (Kathie), sister Alanna, chosen brother Dereck (Kim), wife Gail (McHatten), brother -in-law Glendon (Angela) McHatten, children Abigayle (Ross), Alexander (Kahlan), grandchildren Nevaeh, Luke, Tobias and Henry, nephew Ben (Nicole), nieces Amy, Rika (Lucas), Nalapekik, Ava, Nicole (Sheldon) and Marley (Devin) and many great nephews, nieces and cousins.

Leonard was predeceased by his grandparents, Yngve Lundbohm, Margaret Lundbohm-Green, Leonard Green, Ernie and Thelma Rowland, his mother Joan and sister Wendy.

Visitation will take place at Carleton Funeral Home, 337 Lockhart Mill Road, Jacksonville on Friday 31 July, from 4-8 pm.
Funeral service will be held at 2pm on Saturday 1 August, 2026 from Woodstock Wesleyan Church, Jacksonville, followed by a reception.

Interment will be held at the Wakefield Greenbank Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Woodstock Wesleyan Church or Hockey Ministries International
