Obituary

The Passing of Lawrence Willard Corey of Woodstock NB occurred at the Carleton Manor , Woodstock NB on September 27-2012. Born at Canaan NB March 24- 1927 to the late Charles and Flossie (Kierstead) Corey. Survived by his wife Mary (MacKenzie) Corey , Woodstock NB. , his children, Jane Willisko (Ken) Leduc AB, Jeff (Crystal) Canaan NB, Jill Shaw (Ronnie) Royalton NB, Jerrilou Zawacki (Randy) Millet AB, eleven grandchildren, seven great- grandchildren, two sisters, Faith Clark , Petitcodiac NB, Doris Colmen , Moncton NB, two brothers, Hollie, Canaan NB, Roy , Truro NS, as well as an extended family of nieces, nephews and cousins. Besides his parents , Lawrence was predeceased by a daughter Jacqueline , two infant grand-daughters, a sister Myrtle and three brothers ,Raymond, Russell and Harold.

Resting at the Carleton Funeral Home, Jacksonville NB where friends may call on Sunday from 2-4 , 7-9 pm . Funeral Service will be held on Monday from the Wesleyan Church in Jacksonville NB at 2 pm with Rev.Dale MacDonald and Rev. Mel Norton officiating. Interment will be held Tuesday at 2 pm in the Havelock Wesleyan Cemetery. Expressions of sympathy may be made to Kingswood University or the Parkinson Society.
