It is with much sadness and broken hearts that we announce the sudden death of Laurie Marie McAuley (Rideout) of Bedell, on Saturday April 29, 2023, at the age of 51.

Laurie was born on January 15, 1972, in Woodstock NB to the late Eldon Rideout and Carol (Broad) Rideout.

Laurie is survived by her husband Robert McAuley, daughter Rachel Goodwin, Mother Carol Rideout, sisters Barbara (Andrew) Pond, Carrie (Scott) MacLean, brother Philip (Mary) Rideout, as well as many extended family members.

Besides her father Eldon, she was also predeceased by son Michael.

Visitation will be held at Carleton Funeral Home on Sunday May 7th from 2-3 PM, Funeral service will be held at 3PM from the Carleton Funeral Home Chapel, Interment to follow at the McKenzie Corner Baptist Cemetery.

If so desired, donations in Laurie's memory can be made to the River Valley Baptist Church.
