It is with heavy hearts and much sadness that we announce the death of Kevin Owen MacMillan of Woodstock on Saturday March 19, 2022, after a lengthy and courageous battle with cancer. Kevin who was known to most as the "Satellite Man" was born on May 21, 1961 to Merlin and Doris (Grant) MacMillan of Meductic NB. Kevin is survived by his partner Bonnie Weir, Daughter Melissa MacMillan and Son Mitchell MacMillan, his Mother Doris MacMillan, Sister Cheryl (Robert) Mason and Brother Brian (Barbara) MacMillan, Nieces and Nephews and Cousins. Kevin was predeceased by his Father Merlin in 2000. Public visitation will be held on 2 to 4 PM and 7 to9 PM, Wednesday March 23, 2022 from the Carleton Funeral Home 337 Lockhart Mill Road in Jacksonville NB. Funeral Service will be held on Thursday March 24, 2022 at 2PM from the Carleton Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will be held at the Upper Meductic Cemetery at a later date. If so desired, the family has requested that donations in Kevin's memory can be made to the River Valley Cancer Support Group.
