It is with heartfelt sadness that we announce the passing of Kevin Mark Kaye at the Wauklehegan Manor in McAdam on Monday January 17, 2022 at the age of 55.
He is survived by his sister Heather (Fred) Seca of Woodstock and Kim (Tony) Cyr of Sussex, two nephews, Dustin Seca, Moncton, Aaron (Emma) Cyr Halifax, Niece Amanda Cyr PEI, three aunts, Norma Sutherland, Gail (Lewis) Demerchant, Woodstock and Marilyn St Onge Fredericton as well as numerous cousins.
Kevin was predeceased by his parents Joyce Kaye and Howard Copp.
Kevin worked for many years at the Grafton Irving (Which he loved) and later at CEIVA. He loved dancing and movies (he always knew when a new movie was coming out), and bowling with Special Olympics and always looked forward to going away for a bowling tournament.
Before dementia robbed him of his life, he was always looking for a woman (the first thing he looked at was a woman's finger to see if she was married) always thought of himself as a ladies man.
I think it is safe to say that almost everyone Kevin met ended up with a soft spot in their heart for him.
He will be missed….
There will be no public visitation or service at this time, a private family graveside service will take place at the Woodstock Rural Cemetery in the spring.
Arrangements have been entrusted to Carleton Funeral Home, 337 Lockhart Mill Road, Jacksonville NB E7M 3S5.
If so desired the family as requested donations to Special Olympics New Brunswick or to the local Animal Shelter in Kevin's memory would be appreciated.
