It is with broken hearts and much sadness that we announce the death of Kenneth Frederick Reid, of Jacksonville on Monday November 6, 2023, at the Carleton Manor at the age of 85.

Ken was born in Bath NB on October 5, 1938, to the late Fred and Marion (Antworth) Reid.

Ken is survived by his wife Marlene (Everett), Daughter Lana (Neil) Dickinson, Son Tom (Mary Beth) Reid, Step Daughters Kimberly Everett, Pamela (Alan) Oakes, Step Sons, Richard (Andrea) Everett, Rodney (Kelly) Everett, Ryan (Lindsay) Everett, Grandchildren, Seth (Charlotte) Dickinson, Aaron (Anna) Dickinson, Haley (Chad) Hiebert, Christopher (Christie) Reid, Jesse Reid, Step Grand Children, Sam Oakes, Seth Oakes, Emma Everett, Alex Everett, Ben Everett, Josh Everett, Isaak Everett, Aleah Everett, Eli Everett, great grand children Oakley, Ford, Olivia, Sadie, Claria, Callie, Marshall and Jaxson, as well as many Nieces and Nephews.

Besides his parents, Ken was predeceased by his first wife Shirley and sister Juanita Thomas.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday November 8, 2023, at Carleton Funeral Home, 337 Lockhart Mill Road, Jacksonville NB from 5 to 8PM.

Funeral Service will be held on Thursday November 9, 2023, from the Carleton Funeral Home Chapel at 2PM.

Interment will follow at the Upper Knoxford Cemetery.

The family will receive guests at the  Woodstock Wesleyan Church for  a reception following the interment.
