Kenneth Charles
Hallett
April 17, 1941 – July 16, 2024
It is with great sadness that the family announces the passing of Kenneth Charles Hallett on July 16, 2024, at the DECH, Fredericton after a brave battle with cancer.
Ken was born on April 17, 1941, in Debec, NB.
He was the son of the late Clayton and Pearl (Lawrence) Hallett. He was predeceased by his loving wife Bernice Hallett and his brother Eugene Hallett.
Kenneth is survived by his daughter Toby Hallett (Richard), his son Tracey Acker (Angela) brother Paul Hallett, and his sisters Carol Hallett and Dianna MacIsaac.
Ken was in the Canadian Army from 1959 – 1962 and for many years he was a member of the Royal Canadian legion in Fredericton, NB.
Ken worked at many jobs including driving taxi, trucks, tree trimming and woods work. He was a hard worker and loved to keep busy.
Ken will be fondly remembered by his love of the outdoors, fishing, hunting, gardening and spending time with his family and friends. He also loved bowling. Ken loved animals including horses and his dog Benny. Ken loved to read his bible and loved the Lord.
In keeping with Ken's wishes, there will be no visitation or service. Cremation will be held at the Carleton Funeral Home in Jacksonville.
Personal condolences can be offered through the Carleton Funeral home.
If so desire donations can be made in Ken's memory to the Cancer Society.
