Karen Ann Quartermain, 42, of Woodstock NB passed away on Tuesday, February 11, 2014 at The Upper River Valley Hospital Waterville NB. Karen was born in Lynn Lake Manitoba on September 20, 1971.

Karen is survived by her mother: Sandra Quartermain, spouse; Devin Price, children; Tyler Price, Jordyn Price, sisters; Wendy Quartermain, Christina Quartermain, brother: William Warren, aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.

Karen was predeceased by her father: Beverly Quartermain.

By request there will be no visitation. Funeral service will be held at The Carleton Funeral Home & Crematorium 337 Lockhart Mill Road Jacksonville on Saturday, February 15 at 2 PM with Rev. Shirley Noseworthy officiating.  Interment will be held at a later date.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made to The Canadian Diabetic Association or to the Kidney Foundation.
