Julia Clotilda Brown, 91, of Canterbury, NB, passed away on Monday, April 30, 2012 at The Upper River Valley Hospital, Waterville, NB. Julia was born in Canterbury, NB on June 18, 1920, daughter of the late John and Clotilda (Keilty) Kenney.

Julia is survived by her daughter; Margaret Brown (James Boggs), Canterbury, NB, sons; Gerald Brown (Gloria), Jacksonville, NB, Charles Brown (Norma), Harvey, NB, Raymond Brown (Marianne), Lake George, NB, 14 grandchildren, 16 great grand children, 3 great great grandchildren, several nieces, nephews and cousins. Julia was the last surviving member of her immediate family.

Besides her parents; Julia was predeceased by her husband, George Brown, sons; Robert Brown, John Brown, 4 brothers and 3 sisters.

Visitation will be held at the Carleton Funeral Home 337 Lockhart Mill Road Jacksonville, NB on Thursday, May 3 from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Friday, May 4 from St. Thomas Roman Catholic Church, Canterbury, NB at 11 AM. Interment will be in the Canterbury Catholic Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Heart and Stoke Foundation or to a memorial of the donor's choice.
