Juanita Helen Bowater, 89, of Knoxford, NB, passed away on Friday, February 03, 2012 at the Upper River Valley Hospital, Waterville, NB. Juanita was born in Mineral, NB on May 15, 1922, daughter of the late Bartlett and Flora (Hargrove) Demerchant.

Besides her parents, Juanita was predeceased by her husband; Lloyd Bowater, brother, Avery Demerchant, infant sister, Lila Demerchant and infant brother, Arthur Demerchant.
Visitation will be held at The Knoxford Praying Band Church 3866 Route 560 Lower Knoxford, NB on Sunday, February 5, 2012 from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9. Funeral service will be held on Monday, February 6, 2012 at 1 PM from The Knoxford Praying Band Church with Rev. Andrew DeRier and Rev. Dale MacDonald officiating. Interment will be in the Lower Knoxford Cemetery at a later date.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Lower Knoxford Cemetery or to the River Valley Cancer Support Group.
