Joyce (Joy) Heather Dion, 72, of Bedell NB passed away on Friday, December 7, 2018 at the Upper River Valley Hospital Waterville NB. Joy was born in Hamilton Ontario on June 20, 1946 daughter of the late David and Muriel Jones.

Joy is survived by her husband, Wayne Dion, daughters, Shelly Dion (Tom Russell), Sharon Dion, beloved dog, Rocky, brothers, Bruce Jones (Lynn MacDonald), Grant Jones, several nieces, nephews and cousins.

Joy loved all animals and even the squirrels that stopped by.

Besides her parents, Joy was predeceased by a brother, David Jones.

Visitation will be held at The Carleton Funeral Home & Crematorium 337 Lockhart Mill Road Jacksonville on Tuesday, December 11, 2018 from 2 PM to 4 PM. By request there will be no funeral service. Interment will be held at a later date.

As expressions of sympathy, donations may be made to the Carleton County Animal Shelter or to the DunRoamin Stray and Rescue.
