Joyce Gertrude Atherton, 94, of Woodstock NB passed away on Friday, August 7, 2020 at the Upper River Valley Hospital Waterville NB. Joyce was born on June 22, 1926.

Joyce is survived by her daughters, Diane Anderson (Maurice Dore), Darlene Fife (John), Linda Jarrett (Todd), sons, Donald Atherton, David Atherton (Wendy), Dwayne Atherton, several grandchildren and great grandchildren, nieces, nephews and cousins.

Joyce was predeceased by her parents, husband, Earl, daughter, Donna, grandson, Craig, daughter in law, Suzanne, brothers, Ed, Tom, Luke, sisters, Mildred and Madeline.

Joyce was the last surviving member of her immediate family.

A private family visitation and service will be held at The Carleton Funeral Home & Crematorium 337 Lockhart Mill Road Jacksonville NB. Interment will be held in St. Joseph's Roman Catholic Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made to a memorial of the donor's choice.
