John "Jack" Alan Young, 68 of Woodstock passed away on February 10, 2018, at the Upper River Valley Hospital. He is the son of the late Jerome and Lenna (Clark) Young.

Jack is survived by his wife; Jill, sons; Kevin (Joanne), Scott (Becky Fullarton) , daughter, Laurie-Ann Young (Jason Gaunce), grandchildren, Katelynn, Reid, Blake, Max, Ben, Abigail Gaunce, Leah Gaunce, sisters, Paulette Doucett, Sharon MacDonald and several nieces and nephews.

Jack is predeceased by his parents and both of his brother-in-law's, Bob Doucett and David MacDonald.

Visitation will take place Wednesday, February 14, 2018 at The Carleton Funeral Home and Crematorium 337 Lockhart Mill Road Jacksonville NB from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Thursday, February 15, 2018 at 2 PM from St. Gertrude's Roman Catholic Church with Fr. John Beaumaster. Interment will be held at a later date.
