Len was born in Albany PEI on September 17, 1936, and passed away at Upper River Valley Hospital on August 10, 2025.

Len joined RCMP in 1956 and was stationed in Nova Scotia, Nunavut and various parts of New Brunswick. He loved telling stories about his 36 years of service, especially about the North.

He was an active member of ANAVETS Woodstock and the RCMP Vets, Woodstock NB.

Staying healthy was an everyday must for Len, committing to daily push-ups and exercise bike, as well as running his dogs.

Len spent a week under the care of the staff at Upper River Valley Hospital before his passing.

Len was a devoted Christian, always looking forward to Sunday services at Pembroke Baptist Church, enjoying the coffee and fellowship before the service.

He treasured his many friends and remained a tireless advocate for the underdog until his last day.

Len also took pride in developing the "O'Halloran" German Shepherd line. He and Jeannie sold puppies internationally until retiring at 84.

We take great comfort in the fact that he was ready when our Lord called him home.
