John Paul Foster Sr, 76, of Woodstock NB passed away on Sunday, May 3, 2015 at the Upper River Valley Hospital Waterville NB. John was born in Woodstock NB on July 2, 1938 son of the late Ernest and Alexa (Shaw) Foster.

John is survived by his wife, Louise Foster, sons, John F. Foster (Jackalyn), Jim Foster (Britta), Jerry Foster (Kim), Jeff Foster (Gitte), eight grandchildren, several nieces, nephews and cousins.

John was the last surviving member of his immediate family.

Besides his parents, John was predeceased by a son, Joseph and ten siblings.

By request there will be no visitation. A private family service and interment in Kirk Cemetery will be held at a later date.

As expressions of sympathy, donations may be made to the Kirk Cemetery Fund or to the Carleton County Animal Shelter.
