Joe Louis Trail, 77, of Woodstock NB passed away on Sunday, August 30, 2015 at the Carleton Manor Nursing Home. Joe was born in Nortondale NB on November 4, 1937 son of the late Alfred and Marclean (MacFarlane) Trail.

Joe is survived by his daughter, Sheila Gray (John), sons, Frederick Trail (Beth), Jeff Trail (Shelly), children's mother, Juanita Trail, special children, Dana Sibley, Shaun Sibley, grandchildren, Christa Laking, Tammy Lawrence, John Trail, Allen Trail, Zack Trail, Isaac Trail, several great grandchildren, brothers, Sheldon  Trail (Shirley), Jack Trail, Alton Trail (Carol), sisters, Caroline Price, Edith Selleck (James), Jean Trail, several nieces, nephews and cousins.

Besides his parents, Joe was predeceased by his wife Betsy (Sibley) Trail, sister, Ruth Yakes, brothers, George Trail and Stanley Trail.

Visitation will be held at The Carleton Funeral Home & Crematorium 337 Lockhart Mill Road Jacksonville NB on Wednesday, September 2, 2015 from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9. Funeral service will be held on Thursday, September 3, 2015 from the Jacksonville United Baptist Church at 1 PM. Interment will be held in the Temperance Vale Baptist Cemetery.
