James (Jesse) Fred Clark passed away peacefully on November 7, 2023, at Abbotsford Hospital, Abbotsford British Columbia at the age of 73. James was predeceased by his parents, Uena (Sewell) and Montford Clark and his brother Delmar of Abbotsford BC.

He is survived by his partner Gerry Linder, Mission, BC, his sons Thomas Clark (Jill)of Woodstock NB, Jesse Buckingham (Charito)of Fredericton NB, grandchildren Thomas and Ava Clark and Cesar, Mary, and Therese Buckingham, as well as his sister-in-law Ellen Clark, Abbotsford BC. He is also survived by his stepchildren and several nieces and nephews and special cousins.

James was born in Woodstock NB and lived locally most of his early years. James had a continued love for British Columbia and lived there periodically over the years and had moved back to BC permanently to be close to his brother Delmar in his later years. James was a self-employed painter for most of his career. He enjoyed playing cards, a good chat and coffee at Tim Hortons, socializing and hearing about all his grandchildren's activities.

It was James's wish for cremation. A Celebration of Life Service will be held at a later date in Mission, BC
