It is with broken hearts and much sadness that we announce the sudden death of Jacqueline Lynn Flowers of Woodstock on August 10, 2023, at Carleton Manor at the age of 61.

Jackie was born in Bowmanville Ontario on September 5, 1961, to David and Thelma (Stiles) Flowers.

She is survived by her mother Thelma, Brothers Wayne (Tressa), Stephen (Carol Ann), Terry (Jennifer) as well as several Nieces and Nephews.

Jackie was predeceased by her father and her Grand Parents.

Although she had many hurdles in life, Jackie was always smiling and touched several lives, especially the staff at Carleton Manor.

Extended thanks to the staff of Carleton Manor for their love, kindness and support which was much appreciated by the family.

A Graveside Service will be held on Saturday August 19th, 2023, at 11AM at the Pembroke Cemetery with Paster Carl O'Donnell officiating.

If so desired, donations in Jackie's memory can be made to the Carleton Manor Fund.
