Irma Jean Lockard, 75, of Victoria Street, Woodstock, NB, passed away on Wednesday, July 06, 2011 at The Upper River Valley Hospital. Jean was born in Woodstock, NB, on April 19, 1936, daughter of the late Holand and Flossie (McIntosh) Lockard.

Jean is survived by her daughters; Susan Taylor (George), Grafton, NB, Bonnie Taylor, Ontario, Sheila Ley, Ontario, son, Mike Wheeler (Susan), Newbridge, NB, seven grandchildren, ten great grandchildren, sisters, Rita Bull (Charles), Newbridge, NB, Joyce Dickinson, Woodstock, NB, Barbara Waugh (Earl), Saint John, NB, brother, Bobby Cole (Karen), Woodstock, NB, several nieces, nephews and cousins.

Besides her parents, Jean was predeceased by a son, Wallace, brothers, Murray, Ronald, Leland, son in law, Barry Ley.

Visitation will be held at The Carleton Funeral Home 337 Lockhart Mill Road Jacksonville on Friday, July 8, from 7 to 9. Funeral service will be held on Saturday, July 9 at 2 PM from The Carleton Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will be in the Woodstock Rural Cemetery.
