Gretchen Marie Innes,  84,  of Newburg, NB passed away on Sunday, September 17, 2017 at the Upper River Valley Hospital, Waterville NB. Gretchen was born in Lansdown, NB on July 17, 1933 and is the daughter of the late Alfred and Laura (Clark) Foster.

Gretchen is survived by her husband Robert; children, Lori MacFarlane (Robert), Natalie Rideout (Carl),  Billie Jo Orser (Wade), Peter (Cheryl), Joseph (Marie), Corey (Stacey); grandchildren, Nikki, Kali, Marlee, Shelby, Kaitlyn, Kelsey, Ashley, Colby, Chloe, Emma, Dawson, Hannah; great-grandchildren, Madison, Jorja, Aubree, Eden, Griffin, Brynlee; several nieces and nephews.

Besides her parents, Gretchen is predeceased by her brothers Ottis, Ernest and sisters, Wanda and Hattie.

Cremation has taken place under the care and direction of Carleton Funeral Home and Crematorium, 337 Lockhart Mill Rd, Jacksonville, NB. A private burial will take place at a later date in the Hillside Cemetery.
