Gladys Marie Williams, 85, of Upper Woodstock, NB passed away on Sunday, August 5, 2012 at the Upper River Valley Hospital, Waterville, NB. Gladys was born in Richmond Corner, NB on December 8, 1926, daughter of the late Frank and Alice (McNally) Jenkins.

Gladys is survived by her sons; Glynn Williams (Judy), Quispamsis, NB, John Williams, Upper Woodstock, NB, grandsons; Jon , David,  sisters; Joanne Williams, Richmond Corner, NB, Pauline McLean, Oshawa, ON, Frankie Thornton, Illinois, brother, Albert Jenkins, Oshawa, ON, several nieces, nephews and cousins.

Besides her parents, Gladys was predeceased by her husband; Edward (Red) Williams, sisters; Annie Gervais, Margaret Cyr and a brother, Almon Jenkins.

By request there will be no visitation. Funeral service will be held on Friday, August 10, 2012 at The Carleton Funeral Home Chapel at 2:30 PM. Interment will be held at a later date.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made to a memorial of the donor's choice.
