It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Georgie Foster Morse, 98, of Woodstock NB on Thursday, November 24, 2016 surrounded it by the love of Joanne, Linda and Laura by her side. Born in Wilmot NB on September 9, 1918 daughter of the late Sterling and Idella (Lawrence) Kirkbride.

Georgie has left to mourn her daughters, Joanne Johnson (Fred), Linda Armstrong, grandchildren, Tom Johnson, Cindy Quinn, Laura McMullen, great grandchildren, Lynea Guthrie, Jeffrey Quinn, Christopher Quinn, JoLayne McMullen, Link Lovely, sister, Nonie Coleridge, nieces, nephews and cousins.

Besides her Parents, Georgie was predeceased by her husband, Arnold Morse (1985), sisters, Freda McLean, Norma Stairs, Edith MacFarlane, brother, Earl Kirkbride, and a grandson, John Lovely.

Visitation will be held at The Carleton Funeral Home & Crematorium 337 Lockhart Mill Road Jacksonville on Saturday, November 26, 2016 from 12 to 2 PM. Funeral service will be held Saturday at 2 PM from The Carleton Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will be held at a later date in St. Mark's Anglican Cemetery.

As expressions of sympathy, donations may be made to the St. Mark's Anglican Cemetery Fund or to a memorial of the donor's choice.

The family would like to express their gratitude for the loving care given to Georgie at the Riverside Court. Their care was unequaled and we never worried about our Mom while she lived at The Court.
