Frederick Joseph
White
May 27, 1952 – January 17, 2026
It is with great sadness and heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Frederick Joseph White of High Street in Hartland NB. He
passed away peacefully on January 17, 2026, surrounded by his loving and supportive family and friends.
Fred was born on May 27, 1952, in Bath NB, son of the late Byron and Annie (Smith) White. He was very close to and supportive of all of his
family, making sure that they were well provided for. Fred would continuously check in with his many sons and his loving daughter to make
sure, they were ok. He definitely had a soft spot for his beloved pets as well. He was a very personable individual who made many friends over the
years with his humour and kindness toward others. He was always quick to offer helpful advice to those who needed support and encouragement in a
time of need.
Fred had a gift of always having something funny or "smart" to say to lighten the mood or to make other people feel better and to make the best
out of any situation. Frederick was a skilled and hard-working man employed with Thomas Equipment from the 1980's until around 2000. Following this, he dedicated
the next 20 years of his life working for Day & Ross as a transport driver.
Frederick leaves behind his loving life partner Lorraine Lee, his brother Larry White, children, Andy, Jeffery, Jason (Julie), Cheyenne (Jay)
Jesse (Kylie) and Joey (Carla), also leaves behind Grandchildren, Amber, Jamen, James, Emily, Sarah, Jackson, Jayden, Jayce, Theodore and
Ashley, Great Grandchildren, Ellie and Asher along with numerous nieces and nephews. We all will miss him so very much. Life will not be the same
without him here.
Besides his parents Byron and Annie, Frederick was predeceased by his sister Mona Allaby and stepson Allen Lee.
A public visitation will be held on Friday, January 23, 2026,from 5 to 7PM at the Carleton Funeral Home, 337 Lockhart Mill Road, Jacksonville NB. A private
committal will be held at a later date.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the River Valley Cancer Support Group.
The family would like to extend thanks to Extra Mural Nurses, friends
and neighbors for their support and care through this tough time.
