Mr. Frederick W. Pratt, Jr., of Saugus, formerly of Revere, died on Tuesday, June 7th at the Beth Israel Hospital in Boston. He was the husband of Sonya (Sanders) Pratt with whom he shared 24 years of marriage. Born in Boston and raised in Revere, he was the son of Frederick and Elinor (Duffy) Pratt of Revere. A 1972 graduate of Revere High School, Mr. Pratt went on to graduate from Northeastern University and received an MBA from Suffolk University. He worked his entire 47-year career in the financial industry, most recently as a small business officer for Santander Bank. Fred enjoyed the Tuesday night bowling league. He also enjoyed travelling and spending time with his grandchildren, who he would tell everyone about. If you knew Fred, you knew Jaxon and Karly's Papa. Besides his wife and parents, he is survived by his son, Brian Pratt of Nashua, NH; daughter, Katilyn Atkinson and her husband Michael Maidens of Alberta, Canada; two grandchildren, Jaxon and Karly; and his brother-in-law, Eric. He was pre-deceased by his son Jeffrey M. Pratt and brother Steven Pratt, who was buried just days ago, and Sonya's parents Ole and Elma. Funeral Service will be held on Thursday June 16, 2022, at 2PM from the Carleton Funeral Home Chapel, 337 Lockhart Mill Road Jacksonville NB. Interment will be at the McKenzie Corner United Cemetery, McKenzie Corner, New Brunswick, Canada. In lieu of flowers donations, in his memory may be made to Jacksonville United Church.
