It is with heavy hearts that the family of Frederick Ketchum Brown announces his passing on Tuesday, July 6, 2021, at the Carleton Manor nursing home in Woodstock NB. Born February 10 1931 in Lower Brighton, New Brunswick, he was the son of the late Fred Ketchum Sr. and Jean (Hovey) Brown.

Fred is survived by his wife Jean Brown and his children Richard Brown (Beverly) and Martha Trueman (Steve); his grandchilden Jamie, Greg ( Martha), Jennifer Duggan and his great grandchild Keiran, along with several nieces and nephews. He is predeceased by his first wife Shirley (Cameron) brother Robert and sisters Mildred, Ruth and Ada.

Fred worked hard; enjoyed a 27 year career with Agriculture Canada, and also an avid beef cattle farmer, and trailer park owner. He was an avid Golfer and curler.

There will be a celebration of life at the family camp, on July 24 ^th , 2021 from 2 to 4 PM, at Ackers Creek. For those who wish, donations in Fred's memory may be made, to the charity of the donor's choice.
