Floyd Russell Smith, 71, of Jacksonville NB passed away Thursday, January 21, 2016 at the Upper River Valley Hospital Waterville NB. Floyd was born in Bath NB on September 9, 1944 to the late Russell and Eileen (Giberson) Smith.

Floyd is survived by his wife, Frances (McQuade) Smith, Jacksonville, sons, Carl Smith (Angela), Oak Mountain, Dann y Smith (Sharon), Jacksonville, Jeff Smith (Dawn), Teeds Mill, daughter, Tammy Piper (Scott), Jacksonville, grandchildren, Tyrel, Joshua, Stephanie, Ryan, Rachelle, Matthew, Casey, Max, Ryder, Cash, great grandchildren, Chance, Sadie, brothers, Wilmot Smith (Stella), Brian Smith (Marjory), sister, Linda Grant (Brian), nieces, nephews and cousins.

Floyd was predeceased by his parents, Russell and Eileen and an infant daughter, Lisa.

By request there will be no visitation. A private family funeral and interment will be held at a later.
