Obituary

The family of Eugene Clarence McConnell. announce his death on Saturday, October 2, 2021, at the Upper River Valley Hospital, Waterville, New Brunswick. Eugene was born in 1932 at Doak, New Brunswick, the youngest child of the late Clarence and Elizabeth (Lord) McConnell.

He is survived by daughters Beverley Ketch (Harold), Marilyn Wilson and Elizabeth Tibbits; son Larry McConnell and grandchildren Marty (Jocelyn), Rebecca (Wesley), McKenzie (Brook), Robert, William (Nichole), Virginia (Michael), Ross (Jennifer), HelenMarie, Joseph, Gerald (Katelyn); thirteen great grandchildren; nine nieces and nephews; as well as many friends.  In addition to his parents, Eugene was predeceased by his daughter Jane Olmstead; son-in-law Charles; sisters Leona Harvie, Merle Smith, and Donna Wallace; brother Alvah McConnell; niece Wanda Cummings; great nephew Mark Prosser.
