Edward Anselm Brown, 90, of Centreville NB passed away on Tuesday, June 10, 2014 at The Upper River Valley Hospital NB. Anselm was born in Washburn ME on February 17, 1924 son of the late Edward and Jessie (Smith) Brown.

Anselm is survived by his partner; Muriel Brown, Centreville, NB, daughter; Norma Hamilton (Hazen), Greenfield NB, son; Ronald Brown (Judy), London, ON, grandchildren; Brian Brown, Michael Brown, Brent Brown, Kirk Hamilton, Denise Tompkins, eight great grandchildren, sisters; Ida Jenkins, Oakland, Florence McKeil, Williamstown, NB, Faye Kinney, Florenceville-Bristol, NB, several nieces, nephews and cousins.

Besides his parents; Anselm was predeceased by his wife, Pauline, daughter; Joyce, brothers; Douglas, Forest, Ernest, Perley, and a sister; Edna.

Visitation will be held at The Carleton Funeral Home & Crematorium 337 Lockhart Mill Road Jacksonville NB on Friday, June 13 from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9. Funeral service will be held on Saturday, June 14 at 1 PM from the Carleton Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will be held in the St. James Anglican Church Cemetery.
