Douglas Eldon Russell, 58, of Woodstock, NB passed away on Tuesday, February 11, 2014 at his residence.  Douglas was born in Fredericton NB on August 25, 1955.

Douglas is survived by his wife; Janet (Furlong) Russell, parents; Dolphus and Therese (Crowley) Russell, grandchildren; Alexandra, Melodie, Sydney, brothers; Wayne, Larry, Charles, Richard, nieces, nephews and cousins.

Douglas was predeceased by a stepdaughter; Natalie.

By request there will be no visitation.  Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Saturday, February 15, 2014 from St. Gertrude's Roman Catholic Church at 11 AM with Fr. John Keoughan. Interment will be held at a later date.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the River Valley Cancer Support Group.
